For February Scraplift the One Before You. I lifted this lovely lo by Carrie460


It started out with different photos that I just couldnt wrangle to make my vision.
I ended up accidentally finding this photo in my heaps and realized it was perfect for what I wanted to emphasize- the misty, splattered background and all the flowers.
