I really like your layout, very clean and super great tracing!! I also love the way you did the date like a postage stamp. I feel that it is fairly balanced, but it does need an extra little something, but just can't put my finger on it. Wait, I just thought about something.....maybe you could cut out some more green & red squares only smaller and the same size and put them across the top and down the right side of the page stopping at the picture. Then go across the bottom and up the right side of the stopping at the picture. This would give it a little more color on the right side of the page. Not sure. Even if you didn't do anything more to it, it looks great!

I like this LO the way it is love the clean lines and color blocks, only suggestion i would add is maybe some doodling around the top right corner & bottom left, but then it would loose the clean line look LOL.
The red & green shapes look great here. Perhaps add some red & green brads in the bottom right corner to help balance a little more. Or you could try your hand at doodling to add that little touch.
Cute pictures. I like that you did one in B&W and the other two in color. I agree with Beth... maybe some embellies or something small, just to add a little oomf. I really love your red and green shapes. Too cute.
I love the geometric shapes. They always make such a neat look. Try just not using a flash - putting the page near a window so you can take advantage of natural light. Some Christmas brads or eyelets might look nice around the date. I love the wording - your tracing looks great! What a good idea.
This is the first page of my 4th album (I'm working a little out of order). I'm very pleased with how it came out. I have a new system now I'm going to be trying: set up the entire lo on Scrapbook Factory Deluxe, then recreate it onto paper. This way I don't cut up papers then change my mind about using them! I found a way to print onto cardstock w/o printing at all! Light tables! And since I don't have one, I bent back my computer screen and used that to trace the font I wanted, lol. Is that bad for it? Thanks for your input in advance, ladies! :-)
p.s. Sorry about the glare again from the flash!! Anyone know how to avoid doing that?
