SHCG: Love it, love it, love it, dont change a thing! Those photos are so cute. The worn style of the paper and the mesh totally make it look the part.
SHCG: Tooo cuute! I love the circles for photo corners. Great idea! The mesh is cool, too. I'd like to see the bling rectangle framing the Security pic, instead, and three staples coming out the left side of the orange/white shirt photo, onto the mesh. As for the mesh with title idea, I'd suggest trying to place a strip over it, rather than under. I can also see the words "to the Max" under that last photo I mentioned.
SHCG: Jessica, I love this page. Max looks so unbelievably adorable! I love that you dress him up. I didn't know that you did that, but I have to admit he is totally stylin'. The grouping of circles that you used in a "photo corner" kind of way are perfect! I would like to see an outline around the title, either through matting or with inking. Peeking down at Wendy's idea, I think that a little rectangle of metal mesh just under the journaling tab would look really nice and totally balance everything. It is so fabulous to see your first layout of the itty-bitty-fantabulitty Max! Great job.
SHCG: This page is so cute and so funny that your dog has such an extensive wardrobe. I cannot even imagine how cute the camo jacket is!! I love how you organized your photos on this page. I agree with the suggestions of inking your title. One other suggestion would be to add some more mesh just sticking out of the photos next to the journaling. I think this would help balance the mesh strip.
SHCG: Jess, he is so very cute! Love the mesh border and the photos! You can make the photos stand out a bit more by sanding the edges. I agree with the rest of the girls on inking the title -when I have to ink something tiny like your title ,I just use my Zig pen and go around the edges. Oh, love, love the bling frame!
SHCG: He is soooo cute... I really like how this page turned out and I think you did the right thing not using a mat, however, I do agree with sharon about possibly inking the photos. Oh and LOVE the bling. Now you just have to get max some puppy bling to wear.
SHCG - Jess, what a cute page...Max looks SO adorable in his stylin doggie wardrobe, too cute n funny! I love the pp, the metal, the grouping of the pics towards the middle & the cut pp circles. I like Christy's idea of inking the title, though if you don't want to do that, maybe doodle on it ala the dotted title on your Christmas LO page. I'd ink the photo grouping as well, in a green or blue ( but you know, I'm an ink junkie so that's just my preference). Great work Jess, I love love LOVE these photos & look forward to more marvelous Max pages!
SHCG: Jess this is adorable! Love the pp, Lovet the metal edging and the best are the photos and the "bling"!!! The only suggestion I would have is to ink up the letters a bit to match the page, I know it is hard to do around curves & such so I would take a qtip and just brush it along the edges.
This is my first LO of my mine and my bf's new puppy! I absolutely LOVE shopping for clothes for him. I think my favorite is a tie between the security shirt and the blue polo. I forgot to include the camo jacket that has fur around the hood. Anyways. This is my (late) entry for the WC I hosted for SHCG to use metal on a LO. Journaling Reads: Max, you are the best dressed boy dog I have ever seen! You're too cute! I just love dressing you up! Jan. 2008. TFL!
