The technique to ink the flat side of a 3D embossing folder and run thru. It's also repeated several times until the ink is dark enough. The ink should be pigment and not dye. The card stock on this one is a faint baby blue color and the pigment ink is called Sapphire from Altenew.
I tried this one in a 5x5 square with silver matting and the same baby blue cs as the card base.
I made 2 other with the same folder. One with a brick red color bg ink and the other with a jewel purple. Both went to my SIL & Sister for Mother's Day cards.
