To create the background I masked the top section of my card and ink blended with Distress Oxide Kitsch Flamingo ink. Then I stamped small images from the PPP Baby Basics set with Distress Oxide Picked Raspberry. I added the stamped, die cut and colored kitties with foam tape and then stamped the sentiment.
