Wow was this a fun make to make.
One of my favorite stencils is the Scattered Hearts Stencil
Texture Paste is the medium of choice to make this pattern.
Then...when all dry, placing the stencil back over the pattern and then add Distress Oxide Ink over the hearts for some color.
So. Much. Fun.
