hard at scrap work....i have such a big smile and a small tear in my eye this is wonderful....love how you found all these things around your work...sound like a future challenge topic...plus the title is fantastic...from your perspective and having a baby itself...the best job in the world.
I had always wanted to be a labor and delivery nurse and then I started having LOTS of kiddos myself and my job turned into being a SAHM, to which I LOVE. Your page just ROCKS and I love all the journaling all over, those are the best pages. Great page!
All I can say is ..... well, I'm speechless actually. Its a great page - I like that you did it with all the items you work with everyday. I'm so moved by it that I'm stunned.
This page is so cute! I love babies too! Well, more looking at and holding them, but it takes a lot of awesomeness to have a baby :). Also it takes a lot of awesomeness to make a page like this. It's great!
LEGEND!
Glad you didn't just whine about not being able to play. Congrats. Not only are you able to make the best of life, you're talented too. Awesome!!!
Oh I love this! I have most of the stuff from Liam's birth, but I don't have any contraction stuff :(. That is so cool, that you work there. I learn something new about you every time I check out your los!
love it!! How cool is it that you did this with what you had at work!! I am so loving this!! Great lo and awesome journaling! Amazing you get the scrapper of the year award from me lol!!
This is awesome!! What a truly amazing job you have!! I really appreciate all the hard work you guys do! I had the best Nurse Pract. with my 2nd; and the whole nursing staff after my 3rd was amazing!! I have never been treated so well!! So, thank you to all the L&D nurses!!
This is the coolest layout! It is true creativity to be able to come up with something like this. Reading it made me tear up thinking of my 2 L&Ds. And the WONDERFUL NURSES like you who made it that much more special.
Ok this is a very specific lo about myself. I am here at work and well I am a true scrapper so I made due with what I had at hand--This lo is about my Job or rather my love of a job. I work in Labor & Delivery and when I say it is the best job in the world--it is. I often cry with my patients when they deliver I am always amazed at the blessing God gives us when a child is born. So to let you know what I did on here: The main pp is just plain white copying pp, the journaling is all about how I love L&D, the blue border is part of a tourniquet, teh tape measure is what we use to measure mommys belly (fundal height), the blue band is the baby band we put on baby when delivered, teh strip pp is monitor pp to monitor contractions and babys heartbeat, the footprint I made using my own hand and fingers using the stamp plate we use to make babys footprints for the birth certificate and the baby embellie I cut from a pamphlet we give to moms on what a full term baby looks like. Thanks for looking and this was so much fun!!
