I love the mix of the pp - perfect combo to go with K's sweater. I like the journaling too (only because I have been doing that alot lately so I must justify!) I like Louisa's idea about the tag, ad Pam's idea about the flowers. I would add the name of the book too!
I love the kraft paper and the colors along with your notebook pp. I think I would like to see more info in the journaling, like the name of the book, etc. You can always put the journaling on a hidden tag and slide it underneath the pink paper, just as is. Maybe add three flowers towards the bottom of the blue pp. LOVE the picture. She is too cute!
I love that picture, and I think I like the journaling on the notebook paper. I would move the pink pp vertically and to the right of the photo, so that moment goes over the pink pp, then maybe move the flowers horizontally where the blue pp and white pp intersect to the left of the picture. I hope that makes sense!
CS: I would put those pink flowers below the photo instead of to the left. Then perhaps put journaling strips to the bottom left of the photo, slightly overlapping. I think it'd be a nice addition to your design. And I agree that the journaling could specify the book she brought--good detail!
This is cute! I like where you placed your journaling. But there is not enough info in your journaling. Also the pink pp placement is bugging me a little. My eye gets drawn to that first. But then again I don't do tilted paper that well. I really like your title a lot! Great job!
It's really cute! I love the whole thing, but I do agree that you should include what book she brought & why she choose that book. You could journal on the LHS & if you add extra information it'll take up more room.
*CS* This is a lovely LO - as usual. The only suggestion I can come up with is to write the journaling in a column on the LHS, maybe mirroring the zigzag of the pps. Love the holey scalloped edge.
*CS* J, I like the journaling, and I love the kraft background. If I were to add any more journaling, I would probably go for the hidden journaling behind the papers on the right. The other option I think is to do a journaling spot on the left, and balance with some embellies. Sorry I am not seeing much else to pick on here!
Okay so i dont like the journaling. its written straight onto the lined pp...and it just isnt jiving how i want the page to jive....suggestions on this please (I have more pp to cover up this journaling. as well
