This is a picture of me, not long after I was born and will be the first page of my BOM. The pp is a RAK from Jannike (RoseJen) and the large monogram and quote are a RAK from Kathy (Scrap-Time) Thanks ladies! I didn't want to paint the chipboard K as I thought that would be too harsh on this soft pp so I decided to give chalking a try. I used ordinary children's pavement chalks from Ikea and mixed pink and brown together and smudged it on to the letter with a tissue. Probably not the best way to apply chalk, but I love the soft texture it has given. I cut the rose with my craft knife so that I could tuck the photo in behind. I also scanned the rose, printed it out and stuck it in the top left corner as it looked a bit bare.
This is for the Go Large and No Boys Allowed challenges. TFL!!
