For the heart in the upper right hand corner I tacked a cricut heart my grandma sent me on and then used my MM hole punch to punch around it. Then I put BG paper behind it. I love how it came out!
I hope this qualifies as creative frame use. I wanted to use the little blocks to frame the whole page.
