Using the Negative Foil Piece after Foiling over the Therm O Web and Unity Deco Foil Toner Card Fronts Flowers Devine!! I used Distress Oxide Inks on a Cardstock Panel then coated it with a Thin Coat of Therm O Web Deco Foil Transfer Gel Duo using a Stencil Pal!! Then placed the Negative Foil Piece over the Dry Transfer Gel Duo and ran it through my Laminating Machine!!
