Description: My oldest, Ethan, loves coloring and drawing pictures. Maybe if I'm lucky he'll follow in his mama's footsteps :)
This is another I did for the MM Ask the Masters book. The technique I was showing was a resist technique. Ethan colored his picture (on the bottom - his original) and i applied a watercolor wash over it in light blue. It was a fun way to incorporate him and his work into my pages.
Your kids "have" to be creative! There's too much creative blood in you not to have passed it on!!! Love the way you captured his drawing. That's a good idea, I need to dig some of my kids' artwork out and scan, reduce & scrap it!!! Thanks for the inspiration!
