I should have given more details. This is my brother's heated pool on Long Island. We were there for Mom's 70th birthday party. The lighter blue papers (diamonds and circle mat) were scraps that I used Cuttlebugs D'vine Swirls on. Then I punched out the squares. I used light blue glitter glue on the edges of the diamonds and in the lower parts of the embossing. Used Tulip fabric paint for the titling and some more of the blue glitter for the around the circle photo and at the bottom to make a wave. I've had the bg paper forever (at least 8, maybe 10 years). Don't know why I've never thought to use it for a water layout.
