"New" Chandelier

8.5x11 layout. I learned to make this flower from CMLeach. They're fun and easy, perfect combo. :D

The frame I got from a birthday swap last year. I need to remember to write who sent me stuff on the back. I used regular notebook paper. I'm sure that's not "legal" to do. :( I do like the notebook paper look that I've been seeing on other layouts and had to mess with it on a not important layout. :D I used silver Stickles around the edges of the blue frame.
