These are pictures of my dh and dd--taken after my hubby returned home from Iraq. It didn't take long for my daughter to warm back to her daddy! I plan on doing an actual paper version of this sometime in the future!

Journaling reads:
Moments like these take my breath away and warm my heart: the special bonding between you and daddy when he returned home from being in Iraq for a year. Oh how I wish you and daddy were graced with moments like this everyday! But that isn't the case. Daddy's away a lot because of his job. That's what makes moments like these even more precious and cherished!

Brianna, your daddy's love will always be with you, whether he's right by your side or thousands of miles away.
