Here it is baby girl, the night before you turn five. I am so very proud to see the beautiful, kind, smart child you have become. I am continually amazed by your capacity to love with all of you, to care more about everyone else, and yet still boldly test the waters in almost everything you do. Your spirit is one that I envy, and I know it will carry you into places incredible. I love you so very much my child. June 9, 2008
