Description: Whenever two pockets were needed the pocket highest on the page (the back pocket) was attached first. The height was determined by the length of the tags; we wanted them to stick up above the top of the pocket edge.
The bottom edge of the pocket was machine stitched to the background cardstock. The front pocket was secured into place so that it covered the stitching of the pocket underneath.
