Description: This layout was created as a tribute to Val Jones, a good friend to many. Val was a talented artist who taught the art of scrapbooking to hundreds of scrapbookers in her local scrapbook store and at conventions.

This photo was taken at a crop I had at my home just a few weeks before she passed away from a long illness. You are loved, Val.

The photo mats are colorblocked (one of Val's favorite techniques) and wire was used to attach embellishments to the layout.
