Description: This layout never felt right to me with it's &quot;floating&quot; elements and grey background. So, I took it apart and started over with some country themed patterened paper as the background. See The Red Barn - After for the final results.

Nice idea for a tutorial

I had the same feeling of floating elements also, not that it's always a bad thing. Looking forward to seeing how you reworked it... heading over there now ;) ~gg

This first &quot;Red Barn&quot; layout was done as a sample for a class I taught. I wanted to show how photos show up on plain vs printed background paper and how a layout can be improved when it's redone.
