Description: This is LuAnn aka Shellsurfer, definitely one of my closest friends on the site and an awesome scrapper, both paper and digi. The photo doesn't do this lo justice, but I always have that problem with black bg's. The circle strips are a shimmery blue paper and the photoshop action I used really brings out the blue in her eyes. TFL!
