Description: We were originally going to make pumpkin bags for the children's classes. I never figured the pattern out, so we decided to do something else. The pattern for these treat tubes originally called for toilet-paper tubes. The thought of that completely grossed Jory out, so we improvised. I made tubes from cardstock, we covered them with crepe paper, and tied off one end with a chenille stem. We filled the tubes with one mini Reese's cup, one Hershey's truffle, two candy corns, and one candy pumpkin and it was a tight squeeze! We then covered the tubes with coordinating cardstock we'd decorated with stickers and diecuts. We made 42 of these, half orange with black cs and half black with orange cs, enough for Jory's class and Lizzie's class as well as a few extra to drop off to teachers. I'd heard about "Booing" (where you anonymously drop off little candies to friends and neighbors) and the children and I decided to "boo" a few of their favorite teachers, hence the extra goodies.
