You should be leaving next week or so. About flying... a couple of tips. Sleep on the plane! When not sleeping, stretch and walk if you can, and drink lots of water - not soda or alcohol. Really, it helps! And if your ears pop while taking off or landing - chew gum, or click your jaws to get your ears to pop. I can sense your excitement, and this is just the start to it all.
