OK...I was so busy setting up my scrap corner that I forgot it was NSD!! So Happy NSD everyone...hope you are all enjoying your day!

It is with a touch of sadness that I remember last years NSD...I had my own Scrapbook shop and we were scrapping to our heart's content! We had so much fun! Food! Prizes! 

 It was with much thought and prayer and me"digging in my heels"lol and wishing it were not so that I had to close my little dream/shop!  I still get a little misty eyed as I rememember my wonderful customers! We had so much fun, laughter and just wonderful friendships!

But I will not ask why because God  knows what is best for each of us and the things that happen in our lives always happens for a reason!  I am thankful that we made the move to central Ontario to be near family and that today my hubby is here with me. It was his medical condition that forced the move. He had a defibralator implant and will have to have an heart transplant.  We have had a few close calls since moving here but he is still with us. If we had stayed up nothern Ontario there were no heart faciities, etc. I do know that it was for the best!

And I am determined that I will reopen in the future. Being in the city makes it more difficult with the price of rent/lease, customer base, etc, etc! I just know that God will give me direction as He unfolds His plan for my life! Just trusting in Him day by day!

So this NSD...I am alone except for you all! Down in spirit? I could be! But I refuse to give in ot negativity! I am just very grateful that all is well in my world at this moment!
