Today i will post the things that I think will help us save money on scrapbooking pages. 1. Yard (or garage) Sales: Today I just went to a yard sale and got a template for a leaf journaling box for 25 cents! I also saw some cute stickers from 50 cents to a dollar. Then at a different yard sale I saw a HUGE bag of stickers for about $5.00! 2. K.I.S.S. : Keep it simple scrapbooking. Though the fancy pages are pretty, simple pages are a lot less expensive. My idea is that every 5 simple layouts you can do 1 fancy layout. This should help keep some prices down. 3. Die cuts: Maybe you could get lucky like I did and try www.ebay.com. They usually have die cut machines for a very low price. 4. Dollar per use: This means that if something costs $20.00 you should plan to use it at least 20 times. If you buy something that costs 300 dollars, you should be able to use it at least 300 times. 5. Stuff around the house: This last tip is pretty fun! Go around the house and look for anything that is flat to use in your scrapbook. As long as it doesn't touch your photos they won't be harmed. It's not like it's going to burn a hole in your paper, right ! Hope this helps your frugal scrapbooking and feel free to post more ideas for frugal scrapbooking because I would like to save even more on my supplies!
