Here it is Friday...10:07 a.m. and I'm baking a wedding cake for one of my daughter's friends. The temperature right now is 75 degrees...in my kitchen it's more like 80 degrees and climbing... I'm baking the first of four layers...the biggest. The Bride wanted yellow cake batter and the traditional white vanilla frosting. The cake will be stacked for the first three bottom layers and then the top tiered with the grecian pillars. It is heart shaped and will be adorned with icing swags on the side...
