Frame Idea #2

This frame is Heidi Swapp stamp inspired, and this simple frame can be given to any busy mom. If you look closely at the stamp you can see "To Do Today" not just "Today". The chipboard die cut flowers were painted using Ranger Ink Adirondack Paint Dabers. Rhinestones were added for glitz and glimmer. The frame was left white but two coats of Mod Podge and one coat of clear acrylic spray were added so it would retain it's pristine finish.
