So, you'll get a frame-a-day idea right here on my blog over the next two weeks, starting today!
Here's how it works:
1. Grab your free frame, (or get one in your hot little hands today) and embellish the frame to your hearts content.
2. Take a picture of it and upload it to your My Place gallery.
3. Post a link HERE on this blog entry to be eligible to win.
4. 11 winners will be chosen for their creativity (judged by our staff members) and the prizes are as follows:
ONE Grand Prize Winner will receive a hand-made frame from ME, Jill Davis, Founder of Scrapbook.com. Today's frame idea IS the grand prize :)
TEN Runners-up will each receive a $10 gift certificate to the Scrapbook.com Superstore!

Frame Idea #1 (Grand Prize)

This frame is a favorite of mine because it's loaded with "Love, Elsie" product (patterned papers, chipboard buttons, and ribbon). The pen holder (a plus for this mini message center) was secured and glued between the frame layers. It was made by stitching two pieces of Elsie ribbon onto the front and back of a strip of cardstock. I drenched this piece of ribbon and cardstock in Mod Podge to give it added strength and stiffening, let it dry, then gently pried the layers of the frame apart with a putty knife and glued the holder into place using The Ultimate, Crafter's Pick Glue - love this stuff!
Good Luck Neighbors! I'm so excited to see what you will do to turn your frames into unique masterpieces.
Visit my blog again tomorrow for Frame Idea #2...
