Good News, Bad News

HI Neighbors:
Bad News first: There was a super glitch on my blog recently. The problem gave anyone who checked me as a "Favorite Blogger" up to 18 email notifications about my Grandparents Brag Book blog. I'm so sorry.
Now the Good News: We now know what caused the problem and it's been rectified and won't happen again. It just makes me crazy that your email inbox got cluttered with notifications so I'm going to have two drawings for surprise packages. Sign-up in the comments section below if you were affected. The lucky winners will be announced on Friday May 4th.

I actually got 24, not 18. :)
Though, I'm wondering if there are still some glitches? Just today, I received a double notice about someone else's blog, and yesterday I got a triple notice from someone.

I got all 18 email notifications and I did think it was weird, but thanks for letting us know about the problem and fixing it too. Have a great day

So that is why I had so many of those! When I saw them, at first I thought you had just written a LOT of blogs!! lol!!! Well, I am glad you all fixed the problem! I really hope I win the drawing!! Friday is my birthday!!! WOOHOOO!! Wouldn't that be a great present!!! lol!!!

No problem whatsoever! I'm from a large family so my inbox is super big! It's so nice that you guys recognize a problem and fix it right away! That's what makes this place great!!

This is so nice of you! It really wasn't a big deal to hit delete a few times on the duplicate e-mails! I still have you listed as one of my Favorites! :)

I thought I was really popular when I had 37 new messages in my inbox! Although, they were not all from you so I guess I do have some friends! I did love the book so much that I forwarded it to my mom who is also a very proud grandparent. Thanks for your constant inspiration!

I just thought it was funny Jill. The one person who knows everything!! The book was gorgeous and I checked every one to make sure it wasn't another page. Don't really know how many there were - a bunch!!! It was really no big deal!!! Have a great day!

That was too funny. I was wondering the same thing about all of the posts. I was just nervous to see my inbox in the morning. I kept deleting them and they kept coming...lol. Well I am glad everything is fixed. I get double or triple posts occasionally from others but this has never happend before.
Oh and the book was awesome. I am actually going to do a couple of them for Christmas gifts this year.

I thought it might have been something wrong with my email..... my system booted me off & flashed an error message. Oldest DS got one heck of a lecture on the evils of *my space* as a result..... which is my #1 favorite thing to blame ALL computer problems on. hehehe! Got some salt for the crow I'll have to swallow? Or MAYBE I'll just keep this one under my hat.....hmmm. : ) Hope you're having a great week!

Well...so much for the problem being TOTALLY RECTIFIED. I sometimes get multiple posts in my inbox because of the way my email is rerouted. ROFL

Here I was thinking that it was a problem on my end. I am glad all is fixed. It is very kind of you to offer a drawing when it wasn't your fault.

I was used to getting a duplicate of your emails, but WOW all of a sudden I had 22!!! I thought I was important!!! LOL
Glad the problem has been fixed!!! Hope I am lucky!!!!!

I thought maybe you were updating the post so that it was just right and we were getting the updates every time you changed it. Not a problem though since it's easy to hit delete after reading it once. :-)

It was rather perplexing why I got so many of the same e-mail. I figured it had to be your computer's fault! :) Glad you've got it fixed.

Hum...your this blog is posted as April 11th, but I just got notified (via email) today, the 30th....
Anyway, I got about 20something emails of that last one! Sure is nice of you to be holding a drawing for us :)

actually I always love an email in my inbox from you.
it's usually directing me to someone elses My Place & their creative handywork. always gives me new ideas and that's never a bad thing! plus 1/2 of the time it's inspirational & I love that. Have a great DAY!

It was a fab book!!! Sometimes I get multiple emails from others too!! But.....I really got a lot of your book!!! It's nice to know I'm not the only one who makes mistakes!!! At least this could be fixed!
