Steak and forgotten shrimp

Happy Mother's day! My DS came home from college last Thursday so he was home for mother's day. He has finished his first year and is back home for the summer. DH had to work today, so DS took my friend and I to lunch. Then DH grilled steak for dinner. I had planned to have shrimp too, but forgot to cook them! Oh well, the steak and baked potato were delicious. And I didn't have to cook or clean up! What a special day. Watching the Survivor finale now. Steak and Survivor - it doesn't get much better than that! I had lunch with my niece yesterday. She is almost 20 and is expecting a baby in November. We had a nice time. Back to work tomorrow. Only 11 1/2 days left for the kids and about 20 days left for me in the school office. Yeah! Trying to plan some kind of vacation for the summer.
