Oh, but I still have three weeks of summer break - so the weekend can end and I still can have 3 more weeks of fun! But I haven't scrapped a thing! I have been busy just doing odds and ends things. It was 115 degrees here in Phoenix today. It just amazes me how hot it gets here - and I have lived here all my life! But I have been in the house all day today doing practically nothing. What did we do before the internet and digital cameras? If I could get one of those chairs or couches with the refrigerator in them and put it in my living room, I could probably survive out of that one room - T.V., phone, DVD/VHS player, books, Ipod with earphones and a speaker, radio, camera and of course...

Yesterday was my last day of work for 5 1/2 weeks. I am so excited. I can blog anytime I want to now. Have lots planned for today and tomorrow because DH is off Wed and Thursdays. Well, I got in my car on Saturday to drive through the bank and then drive through somewhere to get lunch and go home and then go to my hair appt at 1:30. I was going to take the dog with me for the short ride. She loves to go for rides - unless they are to the vet! So I get in the car and turn the key and nothing happens. Well, it was inevitable that it would happen. We hit 100 degrees again and will be going up from there from now on. But I guess since June starts tomorrow, it is time. I just dread it every year.
