I am so sorry! We had to put down both of our golden retreivers last year and it was heartbreaking. I wish there was something I could say to make it easier. Thinking of you and sending good thoughts your way.

As I look at my 3 dogs laying on the floor in here, I can't imagine going through what you just had to go through. But one of these days.... sniff sniff..... no matter what, it's part of being a good dog owner.

We love our pets so much. They truly are the best of friends, never mean to you, never hurt your, always thrilled to see you, always ready with slobbery kisses, even when you don't want them. And truly the best comforters ever! Sooooo sorry for you, sending you {hugs}.

I am so sorry to hear of your loss. My aunt Pam was murdered when I was nine, and we inherited her dog after that. We had "Megan" for 15 years and had to put her to sleep because she had liver cancer. I thought I would never find another dog that I loved like that, but when my daughter, Pamela turned two we gave her a golden retriever puppy that I absolutely adore. Of course, she isn't a puppy anymore since my daughter is now 15. It gets better. My thoughts are with you.

Awwww, Pam, I'm so sorry. I know how you feel about your pets, we're the same way with Speckles and Max. I know Daphne will be sad too. I hope it's not to hard for Sean. Scrapping is theraputic for me too, I did pages of my Dad really quick. It helps you remember the good times. I'm really sorry. Let me know if you need to talk, I know it's late, but I've been gone, and I'm trying to catch up, if I'd known I'd have said something sooner. She was such a pretty dog. Hugs to you.
