So many of you know that Ali E. has a badge for Autism Speaks. Today is the last day to keep her badge at number 1! If it stays in the top 6 (sorry I edited this from before) Kevin Bacon will donate up to 10,000 of money to the charity!!! so if you haven't yet, consider donating to Autism Speaks. On her site you can sign her blog for a chance at winning some cool raks so check it out ;)

It doesn't matter what donation amount is, just the total number of donations :)

In the same spirit of her blog I am going to send away a yummy rak to one person. you don't have to donate (only if you want to), but please visit the six degrees site or Autism Speaks. then sign your name below on my blog. I have some NEW foof-a-la/MOD ribbons and embellishments, I have been dying to give away :) Also some other goodies!!! I will pick someone tomorrow the 1st to win a rak!

I went and donated! I really hope that it can stay at number one! I haven't had kids yet, and you never know what can happen!

Thanks for reminding me about this badge! I read Ali's blog last week and was so impressed that Kevin Bacon would donate to Autism Speaks. Our youngest daughter has worked with children with disabilities since she was in 5th grade. She is now a college graduate working on her Masters at the age of 22. She finished in 3 years, magna cum laude. We are so proud of her. She has chosen to stay in the field of Autism. She is currently tutoring a little boy with autism 3 days a week and really is so happy doing it. He is not an audible speaker, but she has high hopes for him. God bless you Pammy, and Ali too, for all that both of you do.

Pam, I think it is SO awesome that Ali E. is at the top of the list!! GO Scrapbookers!!! You are doing a wonderful thing for autism, and I hope they are able to raise alot of money.. enough to get that super donation from Kevin Bacon! How Cool is that!?
