Let me introduce you to TINKERING INK.  We are a new company debuting at the CHA in January. We have recently had an exhaustive search for our DT.  We received nearly 300 applications from all over the world including Canada, Netherlands, Singapore, Australia, England, South Africa, Sweden, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland.  As the DT Coordinator, I personally opened every single application and viewed every single submitted layout/project.  As a fellow scrapper I was completely inspired by the amazing talent I saw.  With only 8 Design Team spots available and almost 300 applicants, making the final decision took hours of discussion.
