Well yesterday was a good day.  I noticed that all my ups packages were intersepted and returning to my branch.  I spk with my mgr and we are no longer able to send personal items and pay for the shipping.  He says he told us that months ago.  He stated that it was stealing, how could it be stealing if i gave money every month for what i shipped?  But hay who am I to argue.  He stated that my  attude was poor and that it seemed like I was not happy with my work.  Now lets break this down, 

1) under staffed office

2) madatory overtime (then no overtime allowed but all       the work that requered the overtime is still expected to get done)

3)I had to take off 2 days due to my dog, he did not feel that that was necessary

4) He never said Im sorry for your loss,  just whats on you desk needs to get caught up.

5) Tracking every step you do all day on a spreadsheet to see where the company can save time.  The spreadsheet takes more time then the work.

6) A health care compay who's states excedding patients expections, and going beyond, telling us that unless they get there copay's and a credit card for future payments you dont get you anything you need.  (oxygen/nebulizer)

5) Our billing department is so messed up, thay dont know what they are doing.  Billing patients for stuff the insurance has already paid for.  Having to deal with irate patients and there bills, is not fun.

this was a blessing I have been looking for another job for about a month, I would never have the nerve to quite on my own.  I have been with the company for 6 years.

But it did get a job working a couple day's a week at a local scrapbook store she wil pay me in supplies (wholy crap!!)  Im asking for unemployment and i will still be able to get supplies.... The Scrapping gods are good to me!!!!!
