32 inches of SNOW?! WHAT THE HELLL!!!   (16 comments, 81 views) Friday, 08 December 2006
OH MY GOD!!! We woke up this morning to the worst snowfall here in approx 32 years?! OUr front lawn has about 32 inches(80 cm) on it(others have measured about 38 inches!)! It's up to my 6 yr olds armpits! And the 2 yr old? well, we still can't find her!! just joking, it was well over her head, so we let her play on the front porch and the sidewalk(where it was cleaned away). Our citybusses aren't running today, canada post isn't working today?!, ALL schools are closed, one major mall(at least), IT IS SERIOUSLY DISGUSTING. The police have said to STAY HOME, as they are having a MAJOR issue with abandoned cars EVERYWHERE....etc etc etc! But on the bright side the sun is GORGEOUS, and the snow has stopped falling(thank god!) and the kids had a great time out there. Heck i hate the snow, and i had a good time out there!!

Holy cow!! You could send some of the white stuff my way, but not so much, please!

Wow!! We had snow yesterday and last night but just a dusting on the ground but it sure is cold her in the teens here. I don't like snow unless I don't have to go anywhere but 32 inches I know i wouldn't like that .
Take Care and stay warm

WOW! Wish we would have gotten snow last week instead of ice! I hope you have plenty of food and daily items so you don't have to go out! Take great pics for us to see!

Kept waiting for it to drift up Hwy 401 to us but it never happened - we probably have 2-3 inches right now. I heard the hwy was closed at tillsonburg and was very happy that we weren't heading to Leamington!!

Enjoy all that white stuff and you can keep it all to yourself - I'm very happy with our 2-3 inches :-)
