It never ceases to amaze me how very little I know and how there is so much more for me to learn. Here I am in my prime (over a half a century old) and today I once again learned something new from my granddaughter, Natalie. I'm not complaining mind you. Actually, I feel privileged to acquire some new bit of information from a 5 year old. In fact, I have myself totally convinced that she gets all her brightness and intelligence from me!
In this process of learning new things from Natalie I also realized that I began to live again through this glorious child that I have the honor to share life with. She inspires me to improve myself, rediscover lost talents, learn new crafts and look ahead to new travels and adventures everyday.
So this is my beginning - my new 'day one' in my life and I walk and skip proudly with Natalie, my granddaughter, my love!
