What a beautiful keepsake of your Grandparents...lovely couple. The details are great - love the title, color and the torn paper. Nicely done.
Thanks for sharing, M
BEAUTIFUL photo and layout! I like how you tore it open in areas and I like that the flowers sort of mimic the brooch your Grandma is wearing. Into my faves.

LOVE your torn "holes"....the distressing and the stitching are perfect for this heritage layout! Awesome photo of Dorothy and BJ! You cleaned it up really good! That paper is very similar to some of the K&Co, don't you think! LOVE it ....beautiful job on this one! FAVE!
THis is just beautiful! Love the pps by Close to MY Heart! Great job with the distressing, tearing, inking, stitching! Love how the photo turned out! Everything is sooooo pretty - to my faves!
This is really beautiful!! I love how you cleaned up that picture, it looks great! The holes are the perfect look for this LO, and the papers are so pretty. The design is great too. I love the stitching as well ... I suppose you guessed already this one is going into my favs!!
This is a picture of my Dad's parents in 1947- the year they got married. I cleaned it up in Picassa as best as I could- it had a few bad rips on it. This layout was inspired by one I saw in the Close to My Heart magazine. I got the "hole" idea from Sgoetter's "Almost Like A Dream" layout. All the papers on this layout are from Close To My Heart- from the "Perfect Day" line. Title lettering was handcut and inked. The flowers were cut from a piece of 12x12 pp, inked and pop-dotted. Bling swirl came from Walmart. The lace is some that we've had forever.
