Neon pink card base with a black layer.
Name letters die cut.
Stamped images to match each letter, and watercolored them. Added glitter brush to some of the images.
The confetti and streamers are rub-ons.

Rub-on balloons. Drew on the strings.
INSIDE:
Stamped the number 2.
Added rub-on transfers.
