I cut 4 coordinating cardstocks at varying widths and attached them, slightly slanted to white cardstock. The photo was double matted to give it more focus. The title was cut from the same glitter cardstock as the photo mat, and 3 stickers were added. The words perfectly describe the opinion of the swimmer. The circle stickers were attached using foam squares.
